At Man Gloss, we take pride in delivering freshly brewed coffee products crafted with care and quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.


Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product has not been opened or consumed
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Opened or used products

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
